| Two beautifully made, carpet lined drawers.. they have a latch at the back to stop them coming right out. The front latch is stainless steel, lockable. These drawers are pretty much dustproof also. | Above the drivers side storage drawer, is a drifta table. It can come out half way like this to form a really handy shelf. |

| Or it can lift out, set up freestanding on our individual adjustable legs. This is the handiest thing you will ever buy. A table is always the first thing you want to pull out of the back of the truck, but the hardest thing to find somewhere to store.. this carpet lined shelf is the perfect answer. | A waeco 50 liter fridge will fit perfectly inside. But there isnt 10 mm to spare, so anything bigger wont fit.. (the engel 50 ltr also fits) |

| A drop slide wont fit, but the height of the fridge on the 250 mm high drawers isnt too bad. | This is a great little setup. One thing we noticed from our recent trip to America, was the number of FJs getting around, so I bought one when we got back, designed the drawers, and shortly will be exporting them back to the states.. |

![]() |
| See how we have protruded the top of the drawers to make it a neat fit. | Two brackets are provided, so attach to the rear mounts.. (the plastic strip under the rear mounts needs to come off, this gives you an extra 40 mm length. ) |

| This is our teflon runner system. Slides beautifully, smooth as silk!! They are very simple, wont rattle, saves a huge amount of space over heavy steel bearing runners, and you can easily pull your drawer out. | We have a cutout area so you can still access the jack/ tools... |

| FRIDGE SLIDES $350 | |

![]() |
| The offroad systems premium slide so far is the only one I know that fits the FJ. We still need to trim a small bit off the back, and a bit off the front, so it fits perfectly. This will be done when you buy it. Its very easy to fit, on some 'captured nuts', so you can bolt it in, and take in and out easily. Or we can bolt it in for you. | The waeco 50 ltr fridge also just fits, with the bag on its basically tight against the seats, and rear door. You need to take the handles off, and adjust the straps, see below about this. We can do a good deal on one of these fridges, and set all this up for you. As it is a side opening lid, it can sit on the passenger side. |

![]() |
| The engel 45 ltr fits, its exactly the same size as the waeco, so again, just fits with no room to spare. The handles can stay on, but the fridge needs to go on the drivers side like shown. This is because of the rear opening lid. Because the rear door of the FJ curves over so much, it gets in the road of the lid. So if you want a engel, really we need to put the table on the passenger side, and fridge slide on drivers side, so it would be called a "reverse to suit engel" if youre ordering... still fits on the same slide... | |
| FJ ACCESSORIES PACKAGE $150 There are several small additions we have come up with recently, so Ill include them all here as a package price. Ill also list them separately, so you can add/ subtract what you like.. |

| FRIDGE DIVIDER $40 Hans, a bloke from Sydney and our first FJ customer, asked me to make this for him, and is a great idea.. its a small divider that bolts on to the top of the drawers, with captured nuts same as slide. It just lets you stack up things against the fridge without it falling in behind the fridge when you pull it out... | FRIDGE PAKAS $20 the fridge needs to sit in just the right spot on the slide, or it will hit the rear seats or rear door. The slides are always about 100 mm longer than the fridge, so these pakas ( x 2, front and back) keep the fridge in just the right spot. I have them made to suit both engel and waeco. |

![]() |
| JUST STRAPS $25 These straps are needed for the fridge. (on the waeco, you need to remove the handle front and back, so you can burn/cut a hole in the straps like shown, and then attach to the handle mounting points with the handle bolts) | CARPETED SLIDE $15 with the 'just straps', when the fridge is out, the straps are really still attached to the slide. You could take them off, but they are tricky to get adjusted right, so probably better to leave them on.. but then the metal brackets will rattle against the base of the slide.. so we are carpeting the inside like shown. It also helps keeping things from slipping around. |

![]() |
| FRIDGE SLIDE INFILL $25 See the other photos of the slide, there is a big gap in the middle.. this makes it hard to use for putting other things on when the fridge is out. So we have made up this 'infill' piece of carpeted ply which fits neatly inside the slide. | CARPET PROTECTOR $15 the plastic panels on the FJ scratch very easily, and the straps for the fridge can rub against the rear of the seats. So we have a bit of matching carpet that has slots cut in the top, and the head rests poke thru these to hold it in place. The other end tucks down behind the drawers. This one shows just for behind the fridge, but now we are making it go right across the whole width of the back seats. |

| INSERT DRAWER $35 each drawer comes with a divider, but there are often lots of small things you need somewhere to put. So we can add this insert drawer, bit like a cutlery drawer. It's great for small items, like spare keys, black tape etc. It will go in the drawer that doesnt have the table. | We need to fix the divider in place, so I have done that at 275 mm from the drawer end. This is where I normally put one divider, it's a handy space that fits a can of WD40, a can of butane gas, hand wipes, etc...then this little drawer sits on some pakas at each end. You can lift it out like shown. It is carpeted around the outside so it won't slide around, and has non slip matting in the base. |
| This all adds up to $175, so $150 is good value if you want the lot.. again, no problems to pick and choose what you like. I can also do a good deal on a engel or waeco fridge, only really for pick ups though. So e-m me if you'd like a price on one of these... I keep the waeco dual zone 50 ltr in stock all the time, they are fairly popular. | |

| A FEW PICS Finally got our FJ kitted out, got some Mickey Thompson tyres, ARB bulbar, winch, spotties, UHF, rear 12 v plugs. Just waiting on the side rails and roofrack. ARB I think are the go for accessories. They have been making bits for the FJ for several years in the states so they are ahead of everyone else. They are really big over there. I'm also making up a 'FJ trailer', similar to ones the boys use in the states... we spent a few months in the US in july/aug this year, FJ's everywhere. Lot of people are using a roof top tent, on top of a 6 x 4 trailer. The tent will raise up to 1900 mm high, so you can walk under it, and use the awning, and a 'foxwing' or similar awning will fold off the rear. I think it will be an awesome setup.. I'll have them for sale once I finish mine.. many campers these days are getting so big, they are becoming 'taj mahals'... I think this will be a lightweight, practical camper, with minimal setup time, and fit perfectly behind the FJ... |

| See how the table can be used half out, this is something you will get a lot of use out of.. | Then the table can be lifted right out and set up anywhere... its so handy to have your table with you all the time... |

| See here, with the ORS slide fitted, and our 'extras kit' includes a 'fill in piece' so you can use the slide for other things.. (the slide normally has a big hole in the middle) so a small esky like shown is perfect for a day trip without the fridge. Again, with the table pulled out half way, it's perfect for a quick lunch stop.. | Kaito with Kyle Curtis, a mate staying with us for a while from America. Kyle's dad Bob, was a mate from the states who got me the job as a mule packer 15 years ago, where I got the idea for the original 'drifta box', from where I started making them, and started the Drifta business.. (see TRIPS - trip to America) |

| Kaito pulling out the winch cable. It got a good workout in a few wet gullies. | Boys wknd, with the FJ, 76 series, biji barby, camp fire, DCB kitchen, doesn't get much better.. |

| INSTALLING YOUR FJ DRAWERS Give me a quick call if you aren't sure of anything.. luke |

| You need to take out this plastic moulding. This gives the drawer more length. Unscrew the bolt, and use it for the supplied angle brackets. | Like this. (this angle bracket may be already attached to the drawers. This will save you screwing it on later) |
![]() |
![]() |
| The front tie down point, take out the bolt, and use it for the second bolt in the rear bracket, | Like shown here... |
![]() |
![]() |
| Take the drawers and table out. | Remove the jack cover. |
![]() |
![]() |
| Chuck your drawers in, and use the counter sunk bolt supplied to screw it down. You'll need an allan key for this. | Screw the bracket to the rear of the drawers with a tool like shown. (this step should already be done on future models) |
![]() |
![]() |
| To install your slide, position it about 80 mm in from the passenger side edge. This will allow the fridge lid to clear the door (waeco 50 ltr only) drill four holes in corner of slide. (we can also have this already done for you if needed) | Press in hard the 'captured nuts', then tap them in flush with a hammer. |
![]() |
![]() |
| Screw the bolt in. Don't use a battery drill. You need to screw the bolt in gently to start with, making sure it doesn't cross thread. Or sometimes you can get a chip of timber or something in there, which binds the screw. If it cross treads, or binds up, then it's very hard to get out.. so don't stuff it up, just put it in carefully, and once all the way in, you can tighten up firmly with a ratchet etc.. | No worries, any drama's, give me or mark a call.. rgds luke |
