TROOPY FITOUTS/DRAWER SYSTEMS.

This is a two drawer with table, and lined side panels... this is an RV troopy, so has rear fwd facing seats. The drawers are about 1200 long here, custom made to fit. There is an insert drawer inside one of the drawers...
When the seat folds forward, then a panel that fits behind the seat (you can just make it out in the photo above) will sit in this area , to make the extended bedbase.. in this case we have some removeable sidewing brackets, and some loose supports. Here you can see the extended bedbase. Many of the vans/ fitouts we do, require individual custom designs, depending on customer requirements, type of drawers, type of vehicle/ fittings like seats etc. With my experience in doing this now for 11 years, we can easily come up with custom designs to suit exactly what is needed....

This troopy was fitted out as an extended combo, so drawer, table, kitchen. Because of the long length, we have put in a tucker box at the front on the left, and lift up hatches on both sides at the rear. Here is one of the lift out hatches. You’ll see in the photos we have also taken off the side panels, and lined them.. we use 4 mm ply, with ‘bootliner’ carpet, which makes for a much better, quieter, stronger finish. This one was fitted out for $2500 for the lot.
You can see the tucker box on the left, table on the right. The tucker box can be lifted out first. This handy box can be used for anything.
Then the SD-DCB can be pulled out to the front, and used like this for a quick stop, or lifted right out and set up as a kitchen. Here’s both the table and kitchen setup. These can be setup in less than a minute. It makes a perfect set for travelling. The table is 1200 x 550, and is the best camping table on the market in Australia.
Here’s the sidewings fitted on brackets. They can be lifted out. See all the panels are lined. Often we do a bit of 12 volt work also. It’s a good chance to put in some extra 12 v plugs etc. We can do this or if more complicated, we get a auto elec to come in and do the work.

This troopy fitout has a single drawer on one side, with a table above, then two drawers on the drivers side.. See inside the top drawers, we have our new ‘insert drawer’. This is great for small items.
This insert drawer can be pushed forward or back on the small plastic rails either side. The sides of the drawer you can see are carpeted, so it won’t ‘slide’ around. We also replaced all the panels with 4 mm ply, covered in carpet..
Up front we had two lift out panels.. this is great for when sleeping inside, you can still access some gear.. also access from the front. We also do a lot of small consoles now. Great for stubby holders, or phones etc... these are about $100.
