I have priced this kit so it will save you on individual prices, but will still work out the same if you purchased the firepit kit, or combo.. but just lets you buy the basics, and then you can add to your kit later on.. the base plate isn’t essential, you could use something else for the moment, like some ply, or scrap sheet steel, and the nylon bag is adequate for a while also.. add the bag, or base, or base stand, etc, as you start using the firepit…
