Oil the plate after use.
When it’s burnt
Add hot water and let it boil for a while. The scorch will float up and will be easier to remove.
*Be careful not to spill or burn yourself.
* When rust appears
Apply cleanser to a sponge or steel scrubber and scrub off the rust.
Wash it well with water, heat it up to evaporate the water, and apply a thin layer of oil.
